York College Partnership

York College education majors have been crucial in the development and scoring of Math Madness problems. Since 2006, York College students have been involved in scoring student solutions. Starting in 2007, tournament problems, sample solutions, and rubrics were developed by students in various education courses. Beginning in 2009, the Math Madness regional tournament was held in York College's Grumbacher Sports and Fitness Center, with a special demonstration by the York College Men's Basketball Team. In 2010, the Women's Basketball Team joined the Men's team for the special demonstration.
